John attributes his strong connection to the land with growing up on a farm in the English countryside. As a young adult, he worked as a Property Auction Manager gaining invaluable experience selling country properties.
After relocating to the US, John pursued Communication Studies and entered the advertising industry. He later co-founded an interior architecture and design firm,
achieving notable success, including a feature in Dwell magazine for his former New Jersey home. In addition, John gained valuable rental market experience through short-term rental of his own properties, and by operating as an Airbnb Superhost.
John now works in the personal growth sector as a Transformation Guide. He views his role in real estate sales as an extension of this work—helping clients gain clarity about what they want and how best to go about achieving it. Known for his integrity, great listening skills, and strategic thinking, John has a unique ability to guide clients in evaluating options and making decisions that ultimately help them to thrive in life.
John feels at home living in The Catskills. He has developed a deep appreciation of nature, and in his free time can be found at his Breezy Hill property—his happy place—tending to the land, and creating woodland trails.
